Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: Sep 17th, 2026
Last Updated: Sep 17th, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases, memberships, subscriptions, appointments, and use of the Panther Longevity website. Your agreement is with Georgiev Group LLC, doing business as Panther Longevity (“Panther Longevity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these Terms before purchasing or enrolling. We present applicable purchase and recurring-payment terms before checkout and obtain your agreement when required. Visiting our website alone does not authorize charges or enroll you in a subscription.

Important Subscription and Refund Information

  • Telehealth subscriptions are separate from in-person wellness memberships. The three-month minimum for certain in-person memberships does not apply to telehealth subscriptions.

  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew at the price and billing interval you expressly accept at checkout until canceled.

  • Advance billing reminders: We send an email 3 to 7 calendar days before each recurring charge, identifying the charge amount, scheduled charge date, and cancellation method.

  • Online cancellation: Use the Cancel Subscription control in your customer account at any time. You may also email info@pantherlongevity.com. A telephone call or in-person visit is not required.

  • Prescription denied: If a completed physician consultation results in no prescription, we refund the payment for the affected telehealth order or renewal, minus one $30 consultation fee. If no consultation or clinical review was completed, that fee is not retained.

  • Material changes: We provide at least 30 calendar days’ advance email notice before material changes to an active subscription’s price or terms. Changes do not apply retroactively.

  • Disputes: These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or contain a class-action waiver.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase products, enroll in a subscription, or obtain telehealth services.

Minors may participate in eligible in-person wellness services only when permitted by applicable law and our safety requirements, with appropriate parent or guardian authorization.

Provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, identity, and health information. Keep your email address current so that you can receive billing reminders, account notices, and care-related communications.

Protect your account credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Nothing in these Terms makes you responsible for unauthorized charges contrary to applicable law.

2. Wellness Services and Medical Care

Panther Longevity offers wellness and recovery services, retail products, memberships, and access to independent telehealth providers.

General website content, supplement information, body-composition measurements, and recommendations from nonclinical wellness staff are educational. They are not diagnoses or individualized medical advice.

Medical evaluations, prescribing, treatment decisions, and clinical follow-up are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals. Panther Longevity does not control their professional judgment.

Our website, customer-support channels, and telehealth program are not emergency services. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.

3. Telehealth Evaluations and Prescriptions

Telehealth services are available only where legally offered and when the treating provider is authorized to care for you in the state where you are physically located.

You must complete required intake forms, identity verification, consultations, testing, and follow-up requirements. You must provide complete and accurate information about your location, medical history, medications, allergies, and relevant symptoms.

Before care begins, you will receive information identifying your treating provider or medical group and any required telehealth consent and privacy notices. These Terms do not replace those documents or any consent required by law.

Purchasing a consultation, choosing a treatment option, or enrolling in a subscription does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication or dose, continued treatment, or a specific result.

Your provider may require an in-person examination, additional testing, a treatment change, or discontinuation of treatment. Contact your provider about clinical questions and treatment changes.

Prescription medications are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy after an appropriate prescription is issued. Any proposed alternative medication requires the clinical authorization and patient consent required by law.

If a treatment involves a compounded medication, applicable medication-specific disclosures and consents will be provided. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

4. Telehealth Subscription Plans and Charges

Eligible treatment options may be offered through recurring 30-day or 90-day plans.

Before obtaining your billing information, we clearly disclose:

  • The selected plan and included services;

  • The amount due initially and for each renewal;

  • Whether the $30 consultation fee is included in that amount;

  • Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees;

  • The exact billing interval and first renewal date;

  • The anticipated medication supply, subject to the prescription;

  • Any introductory offer and the price that follows it; and

  • Cancellation and refund terms.

A billing interval of every 30 or 90 days is different from billing monthly or every three calendar months. Your checkout disclosure and confirmation identify the actual interval that applies.

Telehealth subscriptions have no three-month minimum commitment and no early-termination fee. Selecting a 90-day treatment option does not obligate you to purchase another 90-day period.

We obtain your express agreement to recurring charges before enrollment. Recurring-payment authorization is presented separately from optional marketing consent. We email a confirmation containing the subscription terms and cancellation instructions.

We do not add undisclosed charges or automatically enroll you in another plan.

5. Pre-Billing Email Reminders

We send an electronic pre-billing reminder to your email address no fewer than 3 and no more than 7 calendar days before every scheduled recurring charge.

The reminder identifies:

  • The subscription or membership;

  • The total upcoming charge, including applicable fees;

  • The scheduled charge date;

  • The cancellation deadline, including the applicable time zone;

  • A direct link to manage or cancel; and

  • Any required consultation or other action.

This commitment applies to telehealth subscriptions, product subscriptions, and recurring in-person membership payments.

A consultation-scheduling message satisfies this requirement only if it also contains all required billing information and is sent within the stated window.

If we fail to send a timely reminder, we postpone the charge and send a reminder within the required 3-to-7-day window before the revised charge date. We also provide any additional notices required by applicable law.

6. Consultations Before Telehealth Renewals

A new physician consultation is required for each telehealth renewal. We send scheduling instructions before the scheduled renewal.

Each renewal depends on the provider’s independent assessment. Your provider may request updated information, testing, or an additional visit.

If a required consultation remains incomplete, we pause the affected renewal and medication fulfillment rather than collect another renewal payment. If payment has already been collected and no consultation or clinical review has been completed, you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.

If the provider declines to prescribe medication, we stop the affected medication subscription and apply the refund provisions below. We do not continue charging for that medication subscription unless you separately authorize a new eligible plan.

A subscription does not guarantee uninterrupted medication availability.

7. How to Cancel

You can cancel online at any time, including outside customer-support hours.

Open your customer account, select the applicable plan, and choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Membership.

Account/cancellation access: https://care.pantherlongevity.com/my-account/

You may also email info@pantherlongevity.com from your account email address, identifying the subscription you wish to cancel. You do not need to provide a reason.

We do not require a telephone call, in-person visit, mandatory retention conversation, or cancellation fee. We request only information reasonably needed to locate the subscription and prevent unauthorized account changes.

For telehealth and product subscriptions, cancellation submitted before the scheduled renewal charge stops that charge and future renewals. We do not impose an earlier, undisclosed processing deadline.

Cancellation takes effect based on when you submit it online or when we receive your email—not when a support representative later reviews it. If we charge you after a timely cancellation because of our processing delay, we refund that charge in full.

We send an email confirmation showing the cancellation date, effective end date, and any remaining obligation under a separately accepted in-person membership commitment.

Canceling future renewals does not automatically reverse a completed consultation or medication already prepared or dispensed. Refund eligibility is described below.

8. Telehealth Refunds and the $30 Consultation Fee

Prescription not approved

If a completed consultation or clinical review results in the provider declining to prescribe any medication for the affected order or renewal, we automatically refund all amounts paid for that order or renewal minus one $30 consultation fee.

This applies to both initial orders and renewal orders.

The $30 fee is earned only after the consultation or clinical review is completed. It is retained once per affected order, is not deducted twice if already paid separately, and cannot exceed the amount paid for that order.

Consultation not completed

If you cancel before any consultation or clinical review has been completed and before medication preparation or dispensing has begun, we provide a full refund. We do not retain a consultation fee for an evaluation that did not occur.

Prescription approved, but medication not yet prepared or dispensed

You may request cancellation of the current order by emailing us. If medication preparation or dispensing has not begun, we refund the order payment less the $30 fee for a completed consultation.

Sending an order to a pharmacy does not, by itself, eliminate refund eligibility. We confirm the pharmacy’s actual processing status.

Medication preparation or dispensing has begun

Once patient-specific medication preparation or dispensing has begun, cancellation of that medication may no longer be possible. Medication already prepared or dispensed generally cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund.

This restriction does not eliminate remedies for an incorrect, defective, damaged, undelivered, or otherwise nonconforming order, a billing error, or circumstances in which a refund is required by law. We refund separately identifiable amounts paid for services or products we do not provide.

Do not mail prescription medication back without instructions from the dispensing pharmacy.

Refund processing

We initiate prescription-denial refunds within 5 business days after receiving the provider’s decision. Other eligible refunds are initiated within 5 business days after eligibility is confirmed.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If that payment method cannot receive the refund, we arrange an appropriate alternative with you; we do not impose store credit without your agreement.

No restocking fee applies to telehealth refunds. In-person membership nonrefundability provisions do not apply to telehealth orders or subscriptions.

9. In-Person Wellness Memberships

This section applies only to memberships for services at Panther Longevity’s physical locations.

An in-person membership may require three consecutive monthly billing periods, but only when that commitment, the monthly price, and the total minimum payment obligation are clearly disclosed and expressly accepted at enrollment.

After the initial commitment, the membership continues month to month until canceled. We do not add or extend a minimum commitment retroactively.

You may submit a cancellation at any time through your account or by email. If you accepted a three-month commitment, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of that commitment or the current paid period, whichever is later. The confirmation identifies any remaining scheduled payments. You do not need to submit another cancellation request.

Except for applicable statutory rights, billing errors, services we cannot provide, or another stated refund entitlement, unused time within an available, paid in-person membership period is not prorated or refunded.

Membership credits and benefits are disclosed at enrollment. Unless your accepted plan provides otherwise, unused credits may roll over for up to 60 days while the membership remains active and expire when the membership ends. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

These minimum-commitment and unused-period refund rules do not apply to telehealth subscriptions.

10. Appointments and Wellness-Service Safety

Follow facility instructions and complete required safety forms accurately. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have a condition, medication, pregnancy, implanted device, or other circumstance that may affect safe participation.

Stop a service and notify staff if you experience concerning symptoms.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an in-person appointment. Any late-cancellation charge, no-show fee, or loss of a service credit must be clearly disclosed before booking. We do not impose an undisclosed fee afterward.

If we cancel a paid appointment, you may choose rescheduling or a refund of the appointment payment. If you used a membership credit, we restore that credit.

Appointment cancellation rules do not create an additional deadline or fee for canceling subscription renewals.

11. Retail Products, Returns, and Product Subscriptions

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and material return restrictions are disclosed before purchase.

Eligible nonprescription retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

The unopened-product restriction applies to change-of-mind returns. It does not eliminate rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming products.

We do not charge restocking fees. For a change-of-mind return, customers pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We cover reasonable return shipping when the return results from our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

You may initiate a return request by emailing info@pantherlongevity.com at any time. A phone call or store visit is not required.

Product subscriptions renew at the expressly accepted price and interval. The advance-reminder, online-cancellation, and material-change provisions in these Terms apply to those subscriptions.

Prescription medications follow Section 8, not the retail-product return rules.

12. Changes to Prices, Benefits, or Terms

We provide at least 30 calendar days’ advance email notice before a material change affecting an active subscription or membership, including changes to:

  • Price or recurring fees;

  • Billing frequency;

  • Included services or core benefits;

  • Cancellation or refund rights; or

  • Other material contractual rights or obligations.

The notice explains the change, its effective date, and how to cancel before it takes effect.

Changes apply prospectively. They do not change completed transactions, reduce refunds already owed, or alter rights relating to an existing dispute.

We obtain your affirmative agreement before increasing your recurring price or materially reducing the services included in your plan. Silence, failure to cancel, or continued website use does not constitute that agreement.

If you do not agree, we may continue your existing terms or end the plan after appropriate notice and the applicable paid period. We do not charge the revised amount without the required authorization.

If a material change would take effect during an in-person minimum commitment, you may cancel before that change takes effect without an early-termination penalty or further minimum-commitment payments.

Immediate action may be necessary to comply with law or address an urgent safety issue. We notify affected customers promptly, stop billing for unavailable services, and refund amounts due for services or products we cannot provide. Such action does not authorize an unapproved price increase or retroactive loss of rights.

13. Privacy, Cookies, and State Privacy Rights

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect, our purposes, recipients, retention practices, and available privacy rights.

Privacy choices: https://care.pantherlongevity.com/privacy-choices/

You may use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our website footer to opt out of covered sales, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and targeted advertising.

Our cookie controls allow you to accept optional cookies, reject optional cookies, or manage your preferences. Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled until you make an affirmative choice to enable them. You may change that choice through the footer’s Cookie Preferences link.

We honor applicable browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control. You do not need to create an account or complete identity verification to submit a sale/sharing opt-out. We may request limited information needed to identify and apply your request.

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies, California residents have rights that include access, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale or sharing, and limiting certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.

Where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies, Virginia residents have rights that include access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Residents of other states may have comparable or additional rights.

Submit privacy requests to info@pantherlongevity.com or through our privacy controls. Where an appeal right applies, you may appeal a denied request by emailing the same address with the subject Privacy Request Appeal. We provide a reasoned response within applicable legal deadlines and information about further complaint options where required.

We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Accepting these Terms is not consent to sell health information, disclose it for advertising, or undertake other processing requiring separate authorization. Required privacy and health-data consents are requested separately. Providers and pharmacies may also supply their own legally required privacy notices.

14. Electronic Communications

We send necessary account, billing, cancellation, refund, appointment, and service communications electronically.

Marketing consent is separate from recurring-payment authorization and any required clinical consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing without canceling necessary account notices.

We obtain any separate consent required for text messages or other regulated communications. Do not send sensitive medical information through public reviews or general website contact forms; use the clinical communication method your provider supplies.

15. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Use our website and services lawfully. Do not interfere with security, access another person’s account, submit fraudulent information, or misuse our content or systems.

Website content and branding belong to Panther Longevity or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal purposes but may not commercially reproduce protected content without authorization.

Third-party services may have their own terms. Those terms do not eliminate Panther Longevity’s obligations concerning charges it collects or commitments it makes.

16. Availability, Results, and Consumer Rights

Wellness and treatment outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular health, weight, performance, or appearance result.

Availability may be affected by clinical decisions, inventory, equipment, shipping, or other operational issues. If we cannot provide a paid product or service, we offer an appropriate alternative with your agreement or refund the amount due for the unprovided product or service.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or safety concerns. We do not use suspension to continue charging for services we have stopped providing or to defeat a valid refund request.

Nothing in these Terms excludes nonwaivable warranties, limits statutory remedies, excuses fraud or unlawful conduct, or prevents you from disputing an unauthorized charge or contacting a regulator.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

Texas law governs these Terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your state.

You may contact info@pantherlongevity.com to seek an informal resolution. Doing so is optional and does not prevent you from pursuing a timely legal claim, an eligible small-claims action, a payment dispute, or a regulatory complaint.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive your right to a jury trial, or require you to waive participation in a class action. A dispute may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

18. Related Policies and Conflicts

Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and clearly disclosed transaction-specific terms provide additional information.

For telehealth billing, cancellations, and refunds, Sections 4 through 8 of these Terms govern over inconsistent general membership, retail-return, or cancellation language elsewhere on our website.

No general policy or checkout provision eliminates the advance-notice, cancellation, or refund protections expressly promised here. More favorable express promises and nonwaivable legal rights remain available.

A separate provider consent governs clinical care without reducing Panther Longevity’s payment and refund obligations.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
